POST /v1/fraggate/call { slug: "azmail", op: "health" } — Liveness. Does not increment download KV.
POST /v1/fraggate/call { slug: "azmail", op: "airlock_classify" } — Classify text with the APP 1.0 airlock. Advisory only. Not an MTA.
