PeaceLock (PL-WP-0.1) records chosen silence or chosen inaction as a hash-chained receipt. Transcript, counterfactual, and motive are ABSENT. HARD_DUTY refuses a silence/inaction receipt. Not a transcript, not a court, not TemporalLock. Author Aziel Eliab.

GET /p/peacelock/health — Liveness. Does not increment download KV.
POST /p/peacelock/open — Open a PeaceLock lattice. HARD_DUTY refuses. Transcript / counterfactual / motive stay ABSENT.
POST /p/peacelock/seal — Seal chosen silence or chosen inaction onto the lattice. HARD_DUTY refuses. Does not invent a transcript.
POST /p/peacelock/break — End a sealed silence / inaction period. Still no transcript.
POST /p/peacelock/show — Show the lattice without inventing ABSENT fields.
POST /p/peacelock/verify — Verify hash-chain + ABSENT + HARD_DUTY invariants.
POST /p/peacelock/stamp — Timestamped file-hash envelope. Hashes bytes only. Does not store files.
POST /p/peacelock/upload_envelope — Same as stamp: timestamped file-hash envelope. Not a file store.
GET /p/peacelock/skill — Return PeaceLock skill markdown. Does not increment download KV.
